“We experienced water damage in our home and our insurance company booked us at the Residence Inn Annapolis for temporary housing. I’m a platinum member and stay at lots of Marriott properties. I must say this property is great! The rooms are impeccably clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Showers offer great water pressure and hot temperatures. The property is new and well-appointed. The service is awesome. I am compelled to give a special acknowledgement to Darius and Rio! They offered exceptional service and really made our stay memorable by going out of their way to host us. Wilfred was also amazing and offered a warm check in.”

“I will be honest. The customer service and cleanliness of the semi new hotel is outstanding. If you are going to stay here try to get the top floor. If you have stayed at residence inn in the US you will understand. Generally the structure is wood and you can hear the walking above you. My only negative comment was the breakfast selection. No waffles on the weekend and the daily selection was the same everyday except for the last two days. I am comparing the current offerings (9 day stay) to a 5 day stay I had at another residence inn in New Jersey I had prior to my 9 day stay. The New Jersey RI had a different offerings daily for breakfast with some of the same basics. The New Jersey RI even gave me a tooth brush and tooth paste where the Annapolis RI wanted to charge me $.50. The funny thing is I paid $122 a night at New Jersey but $188 in Annapolis. I think i need to reconsider my options when I stay in Annapolis next time. Prior to my stay here and New Jersey i stayed at the Westin in Annapolis for $188 for two days. Maybe the spoiled me with their free breakfast offering based on my Marriott status. Overall quite stay even during a football game (not why I am in Annapolis). Lastly comment is i paid to stay at a residence inn. If I wanted the Fairfield offering I would have stayed there.”

“Ok. So I have to write this review in real time. The hotel is new and stunning. Everything is super clean. It is nestled in a very quiet area with a walgreens about 2 minutes away. They did not come to play with this hotel. Darius at the front desk and Anthony at the bar were nothing short of spectacular!!! Residence inn said you will not talk about their water pressure in the showers because baybay!!! The pressure was pressuring lol. It was perfect. The only slight con I can come up with was the ac unit. It was slightly noisy for the room but not unbearable. If anything changes before I check out I will update this review. Also there is a parking charge. Darius did let me know they will tow you if you do not have the tag for your car on display. So do not say you got dropped off and proceed to park your car as advised in other reviews. Enjoy!”
